Journeying through the rugged mountain roads and trails of Albania, including stretches of the TET, we’ll uncover hidden, traditional villages and communities tucked away from the modern world. By riding with camping gear, we’ll have the freedom to choose where we stay each night, embracing both the adventure and the challenge of off-road riding. Wild-camping is allowed within Albania, as long as you are respectful of the land and private property. We will be on CRF 250s (or similar), so we will be light and nimble - able to tackle some challenging and exciting terrain. On the other side of that, we will be limited in carrying capacity. You are expected to have a Mosko 40 (augmented setup, see below) or similar capacity luggage. Plan to pack light camping gear. We will have a support truck within the days ride that will have a mechanic and the ability to carry some gear for us when needed to lighten up for the day. Along the way, we'll forge genuine connections with locals, immersing ourselves in the untamed beauty of the mountain countryside. We’ll plan to camp about half the time, with some lodging or homestays scattered within there.
Bootcamp gave me some sorely needed training and confidence as well as introducing me to some amazing people in a brotherhood I can be proud of. Most importantly it gave me confidence that if others had shared this experience I could count on them on an expedition.

Even though I did not pass boot camp, the experience helped me find the confidence to make many changes in my life, including getting married, leaving a job I hated, pursuing my master's degree, and taking my dream job in a place I've always wanted to go. Being surrounded by highly-driven people helped me realize I wasn't meeting my full potential; I hope to be able to retry and pass boot camp in the future and help pass these lessons on to others.

BC12 was the best investment I've ever made, I had no idea what to expect but the team in Namibia was life changing. I now know I can do hard things, I can connect with other men because deep down we are all going through similar things. If you're on the fence about signing up, feel free to call me. It's a game changer.
